Bronze, Silver and Gold Awards
The Girl Scout Gold, Silver, and Bronze awards are the highest awards a girl can earn in Girl Scouts. These are awarded to Junior, Cadette, Senior, and Ambassador girls who display leadership while engaging in projects that benefit their communities.
Bronze Award: By taking action with others to improve their communities, Juniors gain important leadership skills and learn that even seemingly small actions can make a big impact.
Silver Award: Cadettes flex their leadership muscles by doing research and taking action on issues of their choice. Through their commitment to their communities, girls gain confidence and skills that will catapult them to Gold Award success—all while creating positive change.
Gold Award: The Girl Scout Gold Award is the mark of the truly remarkable—and it’s only available through Girl Scouts! To earn this unique award, Seniors and Ambassadors don’t just change the world for the better, they change it for good by tackling issues dear to their hearts while driving lasting change in their communities and beyond.

Troop 1111 earned their Bronze Award by bringing books to local hospitals and making cheer up bags keeping those in the hospital positive and hopeful.
Troop 1139 earned their Bronze Award by adjusting their project to be responsive to the pandemic by preparing and delivering food to people in need at the start of social distancing along with activity booklets to accompany their meals. writing letters of thanks and encouragement to healthcare workers and community protectors such as police and fire fighters. Letters were also sent to residents in nursing facilities to raise their spirits in times of isolation.
